Thank you for shopping with Grind Time Apparel. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-orders and custom items may take longer depending on production time.
  • Processing times may increase during high-volume releases, holidays, or special events.

Shipping

  • All orders are shipped through available carrier services with tracking when provided.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
  • Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Local Pickup

  • At this time, shipping is the primary delivery option.
  • If local pickup becomes available, pickup locations and times will be announced separately.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders already shipped or prepared for shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • Grind Time Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once packages are shipped, delivery delays are the responsibility of the carrier.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after processing begins.
