Thank you for shopping with Grind Time Apparel. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Pre-orders and custom items may take longer depending on production time.
- Processing times may increase during high-volume releases, holidays, or special events.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped through available carrier services with tracking when provided.
- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
- Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
Local Pickup
- At this time, shipping is the primary delivery option.
- If local pickup becomes available, pickup locations and times will be announced separately.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders already shipped or prepared for shipment.
Incorrect Addresses
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
- Grind Time Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Once packages are shipped, delivery delays are the responsibility of the carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after processing begins.
